​How Do I Place A Custom Order?
Simply shop, add to cart, and purchase!

If placing a custom order, please also use the contact page to shoot us an email to discuss your custom design. (Mention your order number for our reference please!) It doesn't take us but a couple of days to create a custom design, providing all requested supplies are in stock.

​Secure Ordering & Payment Options
All transactions online via Wix are 100% secure and protected. We accept all major credit and debit cards (and some payment plans such as Klarna, AfterPay, and PayPal). We can also send you requests via Venmo, CashApp, PayPal, and Zelle. If you are in our local area, cash payment and same day pickup are also available to you.

Returns & Refunds
We strive for 100% customer satisfaction so please do not hesitate to contact us should you have any issues with your purchases; however, due to the artistic nature of our pieces and the risk of recreation, we do not offer refunds. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.
